Defense and The Ride

Every player is on defense when your team doesn't have the ball! Learn the best way to cause a legal disciplined turnover, how to anticipate slides, correct body positioning and getting faster feet. Defense is 90% feet and 10% stick! This session is vital for ALL positions: defense, attack and midfielders, everyone needs to improve their defensive skills.

Shooting #1 - 8-Meter and Free Position Shots

Rip it from the 8m and placement/finesse shots - shoot from every hash; work on shot speed and accuracy. Games can be determined on a free position so learn the best way to convert. This is a key skill that is under practiced - get better at it!

Shooting #2 - Fakes, Deception and Trick Shots

The way to convert is by moving the goalie - gets tons of reps: pump fakes, stutter steps, elbow and head fakes; trick shots - low-to-to-high risers, behind the backs, around the world, twizzlers, and more

The Artful Dodger

Be a strong, confident dodger! Lose your defender and get your hands free to shoot; rep your dodging skills: pull dodge, change -of hands, rocker step, question-mark dodges and more

The Draw and Winning Possession

Be your team’s greatest asset by being a reliable draw control specialist. Learn the latest tips to win the draw with contemporary “push and pull” techniques to help you control exactly where the ball goes. Practice stick skills to develop better wrist strength and your reaction time to win 50/50 balls.

Advanced Stick Work 

Stick work is the key to playing with confidence. Get tons of ball touches on both dominate and non-dominate sides, practice advanced skills like behind-the-back passes and a whole series designed to amp up your game. NCAA players work on their sticks every day; come learn exactly what they do to improve their stick handling. 

Fast Feet

Don't get left behind! Focusing on drills that enhance agility, speed, and explosiveness for all lacrosse positions

Circle Work for Midfielders

Learn the drills and communication strategies at the circle - midfielders play both offense and defense and are crucial in transitioning the ball and outsmarting your opponent in this tight space. 

Goalie Clinic #1 

Step to the ball with an “attack the ball” mentality. Work on making stops from dodgers coming from the top, the wings and the crease. Be strong on your stick and off-stick side when facing the best shooters. You will learn how to Increase your foot and hand speed

Goalie Clinic #2

Be confident on the all-important 8 meter save with multiple reps from all angles. Work on your clears and be able to hit your teammate with precision passes. Increase your clear percentage by making the best decisions while working under timed pressure. Get a variety of shots, get communication pointers and be the leader of the defensive unit and the team!

  • Skills sessions are very limited to number of players per coach
  • US Lacrosse Membership REQUIRED
  • OPEN TO ANY AND  ALL GIRLS LACROSSE PLAYERS
  •  limited only by age, number of players per session, and limited to girls lacrosse players
